Continuum Physical Therapy

Continuum PT is a physical therapist-owned outpatient PT practice specializing in orthopedics, balance and fall prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation. We currently have 5 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants. We are located in the Breakwater Marketplace overlooking the beautiful Rockland Harbor. We accept most insurances and will verify your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment. We pride ourselves on evidence-based, compassionate care that is individualized for your needs.
